Hart and Henne headline Victors VII release

JACKSON, Mich.-- The University of Michigan dynamic duo of tailback Mike Hart (2004-2007) and quarterback Chad Henne (2004-2007) headline TK Legacy's seventh edition of “Hail to the Victors” trading card series, which will hit stores in August.

Every pack will include an autograph card.

More importantly, every pack will likely include one of these cards: a Chad Henne autograph,  a hand-drawn Chad Henne artist sketch card, a Mike Hart autograph or a Hart sketch.

Hart and Henne's comprise a star-studded set that also features the NFL's overall No. 1 draft choice and All-American lineman Jake Long (2004-2007).

The set spans seven decades of Wolverine football and features numerous players who went on to star in the NFL, including former Los Angeles Rams great and NFL Hall of Famer Tom Mack (1962-1965). Like all TK Legacy editions, there will be an autograph card in every pack.

“The breadth of this set really speaks volumes about the great football tradition at the University of Michigan football,” said Larry O'Connor, TK Legacy vice-president of marketing. “ This is our seventh edition and yet we have a tremendous cadre of players who starred in collegiate and the NFL, and there are still many more who have yet to be honored.”

Included are seven All-Americans: Mervin Pregulman (1943), Marty Huff (1970), Randy Logan (1972), Dave Gallagher (1971 and 1973), Remy Hamilton (1994), Glen Steele (1997), and Jake Long (2006), who all will be featured on limited edition (1/100) tribute cards.

“In order to enhance the collecting experience, we are trying to limit the number of each autograph card issued – in the exception of a very few instances -- to no more than 100,” TK Legacy's O'Connor said.

Hail to the Victors VII” will be available in eight-box cases and 10-pack boxes. Wholesale inquiries are welcomed.
