All of the parcels are insured with tracking. TK Legacy historically had refrained from using redemption cards because of collector frustration with redemption cards used by other companies is well established. "But we decided to use them for the Ohio State because we believed Ted was an important autograph and because we believed it was important to issue the set during the season," said Larry O'Connor, TK Legacy's Vice President of Marketing. "But we apologize for the delay in getting the cards to you. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to deliver as quickly as we would have liked."O'Connor said this redemption card experience "reaffirms that it serves our collectors best if we stay away from redemption cards at all costs.." |
